Fall Wine Dinner

Our Fall Wine dinner will be held on November 3, 2021, at Wolf Bay Foley at 6 pm.


The featured wines will be:

- 2019 Cigar Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon 

- 2020 Firesteed Willamette Valley Riesling

- Gouguenheim Sparkling Rose de Malbec

- Qupe 2017 Bein Nacido Hillside Estate Roussanne

- Tamarack 2018 Firehouse Red 


The delicious menu is as follows:

Reception: Gouguenheim Sparkling Rose de Malbec

Starter Course: Ginger crusted tuna cubes, green apple puree, honey-lime & soy vinaigrette, and seaweed pickled cucumber; Paired with Firesteed Willamette Valley Riesling (2020)

Salad Course: Shrimp and scallop ceviche, fresh lemon & lime juice, avocado, cilantro, serrano chiles, and heirloom grape tomatoes; Paired with Qupe Bein Nacido Hillside Estate Roussanne(2017)

Main Course: Cast iron seared beef tenderloin, roasted beet risotto, caramelized baby portabella mushrooms, flash-fried yellow squash, potato hay, and blueberry gastrique; Paired with Cigar Bourbon Barrel-Aged Cabernet Sauvignon (2019)

Dessert Course: Dark chocolate mousse cake with raspberry & pomegranate coulis, candied pecans, and espresso chocolate sauce; Paired with Tamarack Firehouse Red (2018)
