Join us for the Wolf Bay Winter Wine Dinner in Perdido November 18th at 6pm.  Enjoy a scrumptious four-course meal prepared by Chef Brian Vaughn. Each course will be strategically paired with a delicious wine by Drew Pemberton with Breakthru Beverage. Reception: Korbel Champagne Cellars

Starter Course: Sauvignon Blanc cioppino, little neck clams, prince edwards mussels , gulf shrimp, cod. 

Salad Course: Chardonnay- Grilled prawns, avocado salsa, fresh lime, cilantro 

Main Course:  Zinfandel -pork tenderloin, italian sausage, shaved parmesan , roasted root vegetables, gouda mashed potatoes, cremini mushroom sauce. 

 Dessert:  Cabernet Sauvignon- Dark chocolate tart with poached pears.
