The dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes, silverware, cook-ware, and cups are cleaned in a timely and efficient manner. This position is responsible for dishwasher cleanliness, and trash disposal. All employees are expected to demonstrate the core values of Wolf Bay, which include friendly service and a positive attitude.
The Line Cook position has many responsibilities, including grilling, frying, sautéing, and the oyster station, in addition to the setup, prep, and clean-up of their area. Line Cooks are assigned to one or more areas, and will be expected to rotate, as needed. All employees are expected to demonstrate the core values of Wolf Bay, which include friendly service and a positive attitude.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures. The Maintenance Technician will assist the Director of Maintenance in keeping the Wolf Bay Restaurants in the best possible condition, as possible.
